  Jaquarrie, did an excellent job. I had lots of areas that needed treatment such as ant hills and lots of spiders and webs and jaquarrie took care of those ares for me. He was very commutative with everything he was doing and sent lots of pictures. I was very satisfied with my service today.

  Chase the Tech was super friendly and knowledgeable especially about spiders! I asked if one of the big spiders around my house (Jaro) was good, and he said it was - don’t bite and kill lots of mosquitoes (the bain of my existence). He actually got one down from its web and let me hold it. Super cool so we put him/her back in the tree. Very thorough and you can tell he loves his job. Keep him around!!

  Love their service. I was hesitant to sign up for a contract I pay monthly for vs just calling out pest control when I need it. But I’m so happy with their service and results. I started using them when I first moved into my house which had a bit of pest issues. I immediately saw drastic difference after their treatment. I love how they retreat and clear webs to ensure I’m not seeing any pests! I feel the rate 100% reflects their product, results, service availability and amazing customer service. So far I’ve had three services and three different techs. ALL three have been informative and so polite!

  When I 1st hired aptive they were very thorough. Their service has not been that good as time goes on with my contract. They don't knock down cob webs any more and are not doing a good job. I had a appointment for Monday and they were a no call no show even after calling to see were they were. I was told they would see where tech was and call back. Never heard from them. Not pleased with them any more but stuck in a contract

  DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE THEY WILL MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE SERVICE AND EVEN WHEN WE DID CONFIRM THE SUBSCRIPTION WAS CANCELLED THEY SENT DEBT COLLECTORS CLAIMING A SERVICE WAS COMPLETED WHEN IT OBVIOUSLY WAS NOT. THEY THEMSELVES HAVE THE RECORDING OF SAID CANCELLATION. THEY WILL TRY AND TAKE YOUR MONEY PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
