  I rescheduled my appt for today and I specifically stated that there were fruit flys/knots in my kitchen so I wanted them to spray inside my condo however, the pest controller knew nothing about that however, he did come inside my kitchen and sprayed and sprayed my garage as well. I just wonder why he wasn't given those instructions before he came.

  The person came to service the outside of my home but they were gone very fast so I went outside to check and it doesnt even look like they sprayed the outside of the home properly. It literally looks like they just sprayed a very light sputtering mist on the walls outside instead of on the base of the outside of the home. Literally NO signs of a continued wet line across the front, or back patio areas or around the sides of my house like usual. This has to be one of the worst services I’ve received from this company. They are making me regret switching from termnix to them. I would like someone else to come out and do their jobs properly without being charged for a second visit this month. This is ridiculous for the amount I’m paying. Didn’t even spray around my doors all around. Pictures were taken right after they left. Barely any signs they even sprayed in the first place. And this was when I was home. Now I’m wondering if all the other times they have come to service my home if they even did the full service or their jobs properly, this is very disheartening.

  They did a door to door segway campain in all the neighborhoods around my house. Having Mosquitos, I hired them. I pushed a service back a week at the end of the month because of a birthday party. After 3 months and still having Mosquitos, I cancelled the account, had to pay $199 plus had to eat the $80 charge for the service I did not receive. The technicians were nice guys, and the customer service as well, but the contract and the product is a scam imo. Do your own research before signing anything with them.

  The service technicians do their job, but the Customer Service dpt does not. They claim they contact me via email to let me know about upcoming appts, but I have checked my email, and spam folder, and the only communication I get is from a 3rd party asking "How did we do?" I have to keep up with appts myself. I asked them to text or call me instead, and they never do that. I only receive a text from the service tech when he is on his way. Too late if I am not at home.

  We signed up for their service, along with mosquito treatment in June. The first visit the tech came and sprayed the yard when we were not home and had to be called back to spray inside the house. As he went through I had to ask him to spray under the kitchen and bath cabinets, a common place for bugs to enter a home. The second visit we received notification that they were coming on a certain day but not given an estimated time. They arrived while we were not home so the inside was not handled. The most recent visit today the tech came to the door to let me know he was here and when I mentioned putting our dogs up so he can spray inside he said that he wasn't told that we wanted inside treatment, that this is a per request feature, which is NOT what we were told when we signed up. Further, he did not even spray in the back of the house or backyard, nor did he check the mosquito traps which are in back. After three unsatisfactory treatments i paid the cancellation fee and cancelled the service. There are much better and more professional pest control services in town and we will be switching to one of them going forward.
