I mentioned to check the black box it was empty as I was told yet tech forgot to address it and left. I called him and he returned and apologized, but still overall I'm very disappointed. I'll give it one last try, if unsuccessful I'm done !!!

Nowhere at all did he mention my 24-month plan CANNOT BE CANCELED WITHOUT A $199 FEE. God forbid I needed a summer of care, kid upsold, deceived, glazed over information to get his sale. Absolutely disgusted with the way they roped me in. I could make an essential oil mix that would keep these pests away. Figured it would easier to let a pro do it. Unless you have enough money to spare on cancellation fees and over $100 services per application. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SERVICE. Wasted my time and money.

He was friendly, professional, and send a text at the end of service recapping all that was covered during the visit. Highly recommend!
