  Samantha Cearly with April Roberts office at state farm was assigned to my account after the agent who's taken care of my family since I was born retired. She's been extraordinarily helpful and very patient with any questions I may have had, she's made the process of insurance changes very smooth for me and I would definitely recommend her to others.

  I’m very dissatisfied with services (prices changed every month , life insurance charged double for same quarter ,no refunds or resolution going on 9months, disability policy issues etc) called many times sent emails, text no answer then a few weeks agent was on vacation twice Very un happy I would not recommend insurance agency
