- AFapril fowlerNov 27, 20171.0I've lived here for fours years. This company has yet to replace the carpet, the blinds, or the fence despite the multiple requests that have been made over the years. To top things off my electric bill is anywhere from $450 to $600 a month and the representatives from the company keeps saying that there's nothing wrong with my air conditioning system. I recently got married and have bought a home. So glad to be out of this is ghetto property.
- MKMolly KingJul 19, 20111.0Terrible service, extremely rude, never before have I lived in a rental where I had to pay the plumbing bill! If you call and leave a message with their answering service that they don't receive, it's apparently your fault and not theirs. Never rent from these people!!!!
