His experience of over 30 years in the appraisal business makes him extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market. With his high moral & ethical standards you will always get an unbiased appraisal. I highly recommend him!

In your case, the appraisal of your home was ordered and performed by your lender. Therefore, we at Appraisal Network of Michigan are required to consider only the specific requirements of that particular lender and we are not able to communicate directly with the owner of the property to solicit their feedback or opinions. We understand that this process can be frustrating, however, our objective is to offer an opinion on value that is supportable and meets the standards under which we must operate.

  Inconsiderate in scheduling and unprofessional during the appraisal. They missed key features and elements of the house and property. Apparently no concept of home buyer trends and preferences. Lazy in the pursuit and interpretation of comp sales. Maybe they can do the job for spec homes or 50 year old properties in downtown areas. Avoid them if you can if you have anything that resembles a custom home!
