  Great local business. They sell scratch and dent appliances at a decent price and are willing to negotiate . As always buyer beware and inspect what you are buying. Delivery and installation and haul away are available also.

  I called from an Internet ad, spoke with the owner, Gary, who was most accommodating; he sent pictures and measurements of a refrigerator. The purchase was extremely easy as was the flexibility of delivery and installation. Five stars for this business.

  The supposed salesperson didn't know the difference between a gas and an electric stove! He had no idea of their delivery policies either. Also poor selection. Buyer beware! I apologize for being so harsh to the young man, but it's management's fault for leaving that poor guy alone without him being properly trained!

  I don't really have anything different to say from the other reviews, but will add my two cents anyway. We just bought a washer last week, and it was our 2nd purchase from them (replaced an oven last year). The staff is extremely friendly. He asked what we were looking for, and it's obvious he knew every washer in the store (I think there were 8 to pick from). Within thirty seconds, after listening to our needs, he helped us narrow it down to two, and then was super patient while we checked reviews, compared prices with big box stores (honestly this is the best part because these appliances are SO much less than you get at the store. We saved like four hundred dollars). When we had picked it out, he wrapped it for us, and told us we could pick it up tomorrow once we secured a truck. He even helped us load it on the truck! Can't recommend Appliances 4 Less enough. Two other comments that I think apply to most scratch and dent places: Before we bought our oven last year, we had gone to a bunch of places before here, and the decision fatigue was overwhelming. I thought it would be a negative thing, but only having a couple appliances to choose from was actually pleasant and made it easier to shop. The second comment is: if we set a budget for $500, and then compare what that money will get us at a retailer, then at this place we're able to get a much nicer appliance for the money. The "scratches and dents" are practically invisible on both appliances we've bought, so it doesn't feel like a compromise in quality. Overall, 5/5. I hope my other appliances don't break or fail, but when they do, we're headed to Appliances 4 Less on West broad.
