Excellent experience with Heather @ Wilmington store. We've purchased a Bosche microwave, Bosche dishwasher and now a Bosche oven, and we'll be purchasing the Bosche refrigerator soon! Delivery was easy to schedule for Saturday and installation of the new oven and removal of the old one was quick! The delivery guys, Jay and Jay were excellent. We highly recommend Appliance Warehouse!

Horrible customer service. When I first had it installed the first usage of the washing machine it leaked to the bottom Apartment and the earliest repair for 2 weeks before so the Apartment repaired it to prevent water damage as it was not tied down properly.
My next repair was the dryer and again, the earliest date was two weeks for a repair. I emailed the office manager to let them know I do have someone coming to the apartment and I grant them access if I’m not there but I took off to be there. Apparently the person knocked on the door and I didn’t hear it. They called and I noticed because it was less 15 minutes for the I missed call. I returned the call but It was declined.
I called customer service and was told they didn’t see anyone in the manager office to reach me and the next available would be a week. I called the manager office and there were three people down there and they said they saw him when he went in the elevator.
I requested prorate for my dryer because it has not been working for three weeks. I am paying for services and using a laundromat.
And honestly, I purchased new washer and dryer tier and it didn’t look new neither washer or dryer as It had tape on the dryer and originally when they delivered it they had some parts missing. And I wasn’t there when it was delivered because I gave them access by allowing the office manager to bring the person up, he could’ve asked to be brought up. The door was not locked because I was waiting on the person.
I’m not sure if they only have one technician for the entire company but to wait every time you need a pair of repair for two weeks it’s unacceptable. I understand being Friday but I called that morning to verify ETA and No one could give me any information. I asked them to call the office manager if they if they cannot reach me but no one follows instruction. Why was I not there when it was delivered and It wasn’t a problem.

Please note, this company does not prorate their rental fees. It was not mentioned to me prior to scheduling my pick up services, nor is it in the invoice or listed on their website anywhere. I don't like when important fee information is hidden from the customer and is solely reliant on the person scheduling the pickup to relay this information. Other than that the service has been fine and did not have any issues with the washer & dryer.
Was a customer for nearly 5 years with the same washer and dryer for those 5 years...I paid on time, never complained...I was easy money and a good customer for them. Until a few weeks ago I noticed they nearly doubled the cost of my rental out of nowhere....Not a 5 or 10 dollar increase but a 25/mo dollar increase over night. I already live pay check to pay check like many people forced to rent. I am absolutely disgusted by companies taking advantage of people. The cost of my rental per month is also nearly 20 dollars over their advertised price which is false advertising. I guess that's how they show appreciation for loyal customers who pay on time. I tried calling customer service for the first time and waited nearly an hour for a rep. The rep told me I couldn't cancel with her because it was the weekend and would have to call back. So I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told no one was available and that one would call me back. Sure enough, I never received a call back and now have to take time off work this next week just to cancel their service. Now they are effecting other parts of my life including my income. I am more than disgusted with them. I will not ever use them again nor suggest their service to anyone. Just so consumers are aware, please look at their yelp reviews. They have the lowest rating I have ever seen. They have a 1.2 out of 5 star rating. This company is disgusting. I will do everything in my power to expose this, because it's absolutely shameful how companies like this take advantage and exploit people just so executives can rack in ridiculous profits. I look forward to watching the collapse of this company because of their poor business model.
I am very disappointed with the customer service I’ve experienced so far. My fridge was supposed to arrive today, but this company does not provide a clear delivery time frame and it is nearly impossible to reach them by phone.
The only way I found an estimated window (11–1) was through their automated call system, so I stayed home waiting. At 2 p.m., after no delivery, I reached their online agent who told me the new window was 4–6. I eventually managed to speak with a person who said the delivery should be around 2:15, but that was also inaccurate.
Not having a fridge means I’ve had to eat out, and because they can’t give a reliable time, I’ve essentially been stuck at home all day waiting. The lack of communication and professionalism is extremely frustrating. Customers deserve at least a reliable delivery window and better accessibility to live support.
