  Rick arrived during appointment window, with a text informing he was in his way. Diagnosed problem, explained what and where problems are, without being condescending (as I have been treat by other repair techs from another company in the past). Showed which parts have to be ordered and gave an estimate of part arrive/install. Rick was very friendly and knowledgeable, an asset to your company! He was also very patient with a 2 1/2 boy asking questions.

  I have to give Garrett five stars even though he couldn’t fix the problem. Wasn’t the dryer, it was the roof vent🫤

  These people are the best. They come when they say they are going to come. They work quickly and efficiently. They let me know what repairs and parts will cost. I have given their information to several friends and they have been as pleased as I have been with the service.
