  It’s very rare these days to experience such a master class in honesty and integrity. Nothing but high marks for Mike’s performance today fixing our washing machine and dishwasher. From the get go his knowledge and attention to detail was truly refreshing. The thing that impressed me most was his diagnosis of our dishwasher’s inability to “dry” dishes after the washing cycles had completed. He asked me if we recently switched our dishwashing soap — answer was yes — the “EcoFriendly” soap we switched to does not work well in today’s appliances. After the diagnostic equipment showed no signs of equipment failure, he told us to switch to a certain brand (pictured) and what do you know — it’s now working again as it should. You-da-man Mike — you’re officially our go to Appliance professional…you’ve truly earned our business…!!!

  We have called Appliance Service Solutions for all of our appliance needs since January 2020. The first was an initial propane dryer install (LG), the next was October 2024 for a new belt for the same dryer, and today (August 2025) was for our Samsung propane range. We needed a new igniter for the oven and had our range top burners adjusted. Mike has addressed each need quickly and professionally. We will definitely call them again for our future needs.

  Mike, from Appliance Service Solutions, showed up on time and diligently went to work to find the source of a small gas leak I've noticed from our stove top for quite a while. This was our first time calling Appliance SS but my third time trying to get help, including from CNG! I've been running my fan and worrying about this for months. Such a relief to receive the expert help we've been seeking. Thank you!!!

  I've been working with Michael and his team for years, very impressed and happy with their service and prices.
