  The first interaction with this company was pleasant. The tech came out found the problem and ordered the part. This is where the issues started... I went weeks and maybe even months without any sort of follow up, I called several times and was always told the manufacturer shipped a broken part. Had the part randomly show up at my house, the company had no idea it was being shipped to my house. Pretty sure all the other info was BS. Tech comes out and replaces the part l, all good right?! Wrong shortly after and 1/2 month outside of the manufacturer warranty the same problem is back and now it's even worse. (See video) Called the service repair company, left two voice mails and never heard back. Called again today and they said "sorry you are now on the hook for all charges" so much for workmanship! They didn't even want to help. Do yourself a favor and skip this company.

  I have used Appliance Service repair for 3 service calls each time they were timely and priced appropriately. The problem was explained and I was confident in the need for repair and a great price for the market. Thankful for service done with integrity.

  HIGHLY recommend!! I could not be more pleased with Appliance Service!! I've ordered parts from them twice now , and they're always extremely responsive, helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable!!!
