  Horrible service and communication!! Started Feb 28 when we needed refrigerator repair. They replaced two sets of tubing twice ( thinking the new one was faulty). When that didn’t work, he said he was dumbfounded and would call Whirlpool. Haven't heard a word from them since mid April. They dropped us like a rock. I was patient with them and we still got burned. I would never ever recommend them for anything!!!!!

  Great service. Always courteous and always quick when a repair is needed. I recently purchased a new gas range from Henderson and am very happy with all aspects of the process, from selecting the range to installation.

  Absolutely fantastic service! Affordable and honest - they came in to look at my dryer and gave me my options (repair at $350 or replace at $175), then went out of their way to make sure the used dryer they brought me worked before bringing it. The appliance was clean on arrival, properly installed, and ready to go within 30 minutes of when they arrived. Will definitely be utilizing them again!
