Robert is the best. Came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and then fixed it. I won't call anyone else. He is a great guy too!

Great service, Robert was my technician he came out to service my oven.
My husband called because my ignitor went on my over and Robert came out the very next day and had my oven up and running in less then 30 minutes. Reasonable pricing.

Mr. Bradford responds quickly, prioritizes the customer, and is highly competent. being able to talk to the serviceperson directly is so convenient as a homeowner and Mr. Bradford is willing to help get your issue fixed however it is best addressed. No brainer 5 stars.

We were fortunate enough to speak with Robert on a Saturday night (he answered his phone, who does that nowadays) regarding a refrigerator problem. He spent 15 minutes on the phone with us to diagnose our dilemma. We followed his advice (almost) he told us to wait 24-48 hours for our fridge to reset. I waited about 40 hours then called Robert on a Monday, (because the fridge was not cooling off and I was panicking) on a he agreed to come out on Tuesday. Low and behold 8 hours later our fridge reset and returned to factory settings and all was well the next day, exactly as he diagnosed. Robert showed up the next day, 15 minutes early and spent a half hour looking at the fridge, testing components etc.. and told us it was the re-set that fixed our problem. Robert in turn thanked us for contacting him and wished us a good day. He refused to take any payment, even for a response call. In this day and age you do not find people that are salt of the earth. We are grateful for Robert, his honesty and integrity to his profession. I have and will recommend him to everyone I know that needs an appliance repair professional. We found him out of the blue and are extremely happy. So good to know that real honest people are still out there helping folks that do not know a darn thing about something like this and to speak with someone not trying to taking advantage. Robert may not have taken any payment from us, but he is surely getting a gift card in the mail. Very much appreciated.

Robert came out and diagnosed and repaired my washing machine quickly. He is very knowedgeable. I will be using his service in the future for any needed appliance repairs.
