- DADaniel Ayars5 days ago2.0This was the third time we have used appliance man for work on our Bosch refrigerator and steamer. Unfortunately this time did not go as well as the first two times. First off it was a year and 5 days after the last time appliance man was out to fix our refrigerator. So they were nice enough to pay for the parts but not the labor. Give. It was the same problem we scheduled a service time and was told appliance man was waiting for the parts and shifted the service a day. Not a big deal except when they came out they did not have the parts and it was just to verify what the problem was. Now we have to wait another week for the part to come in based on the technicians notes. That saw Sept 24th. When I called to make the next appointment I was told oh sorry the soonest we could be out is Nov 7th. Thats along time to go without a refrigerator. Finally on Nov 6th they came out and in 20 min put in the new part. Total amount of time they were in our house was 20 min for the initial check and 20 min to install a month later. Then we were charged over $400 for labor. If you can find someone else I would not recommend appliance man.

Our ice maker stopped working almost a year ago and we turned it off when gifted a countertop unit. We had been told nothing could be done. My husband on a ladder noticed a tear in the tubing at the top. Aaron found the line frozen fixed that and sealed the tear. We now have ice!

- VMVicki MOct 30, 20254.0This was a tech visit for estimate on light replacement in Bosch wall microwave. Third repair on this unit in 8 years. Estimated $400 because entire unit needs to be pulled out of wall to change the lightbulb! This unit is bad design by Bosch! Not Appliance Man’s fault. High price for estimate but it was needed to make decision.
