  The technician showed of promptly, was very courteous very personable that my problem resolved in a matter of minutes. If I ever need need service again I will call them not because of the choice of the warranty company but because they do good work.

  This was a tech visit for estimate on light replacement in Bosch wall microwave. Third repair on this unit in 8 years. Estimated $400 because entire unit needs to be pulled out of wall to change the lightbulb! This unit is bad design by Bosch! Not Appliance Man’s fault. High price for estimate but it was needed to make decision.

  Yesterday was my second appliance serviced by Applianceman in the last few years. They know what they’re doing. Prompt. Knowledgeable. Fair. These guys are the real deal.

  Same repair man came out to diagnose and repair our refrigerator freezer of 7 yr old appliance. The gentleman was there 4 times lasting 7 hrs total within their strict hours. Fixes implemented for just under $500 but issues continued. I requested a new technician. Within 20 mins, the new technician diagnosed a completely different issue by just doing a standard diagnostic of pulling the fridge out and shooting temperatures. Repair cost $2000 so the fridge was shot. Tell me that the first time... not the 5th. Don't waste my time and money. Called to address the situation but mgmt did nothing. You are a number and they do not care.
