    Anthony Rodriguez did a great job. He quickly fixed the problem with our Sub Zero. He is also a great teacher and explained features of the refrigerator.

    I had Appliance Doctor come to diagnose a problem I have with my Bosch Oven. The problem went away by simply turning off and on the circuit breaker during the diagnostic; should have tried that before calling (next time...). Anyway, I do not mind paying for the mandatory diagnostic / visit fee, which is certainly reasonable. However, they ended up charged my credit card with an additional $95 of minimum labor. As I did not authorize the actual fix, nor was it communicated to me during the visit, I was able to working with Customer Service to have the minimum labor refunded. The customer service team is very helpful. Thanks!
