  Just called this place about a pressure washer and explained to her that I was looking for one and seen one that they had sitting outside and she asked and I explained to her and she said have a nice day and hung up in my face without even giving me a price on anything or without answering my question. She was definitely rude

  Horrible customer service from Taylor. I mentioned that I was looking for a 12-piece set for my new construction townhomes. Firstly, she refused to do business because I live far away, and their company only accepts in-person payments. Then she called back and said that I could place an online order for payment. Secondly, I wanted to speak with a manager since it's a significant purchase and I wanted a discount. She refused and said that they don't have a 6-piece appliance set within a $3000 budget, then hung up. And I was about to spend $6K to $8K with this kind of business?

  The service here was great. Pat was very helpful in getting the best deals. They set up delivery options and the prices are very affordable. Great place to find brand name appliances at a great price.

  Alex did excellent work! He fixed our appliance problem same-day. He was thorough and explained everything he did and how the system worked (and how it had broken). Highly recommend
