I recently called this clinic as a new patient after having to unexpectedly put my cat down due to a misdiagnosis at my previous vet. I was simply calling to confirm they had received my new patient application. When I explained my situation - that I had just lost my pet and was looking for a new veterinary practice - the receptionist was dismissive and kept interrupting me. I wasn't asking to skip any wait times or receive special treatment, just wanted to confirm my application was received. I was trying to tell her that I saw online it can take 3-4 weeks to get a response but before I could finish what I was saying she interrupted me AGAIN to say (with attitude) "well if you need to get in sooner than that you can go somewhere else." This response was shocking given that I had just shared I was grieving the loss of my pet. While I cannot speak to the quality of their veterinary care, the complete lack of empathy and professionalism from their front desk staff during such a difficult time was unacceptable. Pet owners dealing with loss or health concerns deserve basic compassion and respect.

I could not be more happy with the services that this veterinary clinic provides. The staff is fabulous. They’re always caring and take the time necessary to explain everything. I would not take my fur babies anywhere else!

My aunt trusted this vet with her 4 very spoiled dogs. They were literally like her children. One (Buttons) has a trachea issue that causes her to cough and hurt, so she gets pain meds regularly. Well, when my aunt passed I adopted her dogs.. I did not get much info on them aside from what I'd known from talking to her over the years. This vet was kind enough to write me a pain prescription for the dog and will allow me to transfer everything over to my name. I know they've always taken great care of her dogs, because she stayed with them and she was so picky about her vets. I appreciate their kindness and working with me. (The photo is the version I made for each dog to remember details and names when I first got them. Lol)
