  I would very much stay again. Had a room w/ balcony. Rooms are large. Had a nice view. The hot tub and pool were clean. Good HOT breakfast. The elevator however was an issue on my stay. It did work, but would not work frequently for about 5 minutes. I used the stairs from the 3rd floor. I had parties along who were elderly and the steps were difficult. Vernales restaurant that is about 10-15 minutes away was FANTASTIC!

  My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 days. The staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful. The room was good , the bed was extremly comfortable. I loved that there was a laundry basket in there to put all your dirty towels in. I have never seen that before. I loved the patio and the amazing lake view. The only 2 things (which is why I gave it a 4 ☆ )is #1 the bathroom water only stayed hot for like 30 seconds then it went to luke warm . It was strange beciase the sink had really hot water. #2 the linoleum on bath tub bottom kept peeling off and getting in the tub. Besides those 2 things, we had a great experience , thank you .

  This is a quaint, updated hotel, easy to find in Petoskey on 131, on a hill, near McDonalds. It has a heated pool and hot tub, hot breakfast, gym room and comfortable room and mattress. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and tv in the room. Our room had a great corner balcony. Christina, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and maintained. Showers are a little outdated but they are working on that project. It is within walking distance to the water and downtown shops. It is within short driving distance to local restaurants and attractions. There is a limo service available to take you anywhere in the local area. We would definitely stay here again.
