    I recently had work done on my vehicle. The communication was great, but when I went to pay, they tried charging me a 3% credit card fee. In the state of Minnesota, this needs to be disclosed on the paperwork and disclosed upfront. This was not when confronted about it. The store manager Bob Erickson was extremely rude and gave me zero explanation.

    So we bought a truck about three weeks ago. Two days after the coolant light comes on. They stated that they did a full inspection and everything looked good. We'll I went to get my tires rotated today and they said my brakes were almost metal on metal. Should have probably been addressed before selling. Yes I know I bought a used truck. Very disappointed in their " complete inspection " make sure you get a full insepction if you decide to buy used. I do have messages from our salesman also that stated its been through inspection and everything looks great. But my back brakes were metal on metal and the fronts are in the yellow at a 4.. Edit.. to their response I have called three times and left two voicemail with no returns.

    Great buying experience at Apple! I purchased a 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel from them on 9/26/25. I reached out online, and got an email about an hour later. Waited about a day to reply, as I was looking at another dealership as well. When that didn't go quite how I had hoped, I reached back out to Apple, and was set up with an appointment with Tony Souknalong on 9/25. I was greeted promptly on arrival, and we went for a test drive that was more than around the block - we hit a few rural highways, some residential areas, and then freeway, so I got to get the feel for how the Rebel behaved in all those settings. After that, we went back to the showroom, where my trade was quickly appraised. After some back-n-forth negotiation, we came to a very fair deal, although I waited overnight to make sure I was not being TOO impulsive, and did make some counter-offers which were taken into account and agreed upon with little hand-wringing. I made an appointment to pick the truck up and get the paperwork completed, which was handled very efficiently. I didn't feel pressured in the least while with finance (Terry if I remember correctly...), and it was also a positive experience. I would have no hesitation recommending Tony again! No pressure, easy talk, and simple no-nonsense negotiation. I hope they're all around again the next time I'm looking!

    This is the second time I've bought a vehicle here. My first purchase wasn't all that great either. I thought this time it would be better, I cut a check in full for a vehicle. I was told it was going to get detailed/dressed... I wasn't given a time and sat for over an hour thinking it was getting detailed/dressed or looked at. It was washed and nothing about it was detailed. I'm going to bring it in to a trusted shop and get it scanned to see its history and will update what I find but I'm disappointed again by this place after cutting a check for my vehicle that my wait was a lie. My sales person I thought did good. I didn't care what he knew or not since I already knew what I was getting. But when I'm told they do a full inspection of the vehicle then I find bungee cords wrapped and loose under the vehicle near the drive shaft and in the shocks that just tells me nobody looked at anything in this vehicle. There was swelled lug nuts that I don't think belong to the vehicle because the vehicle came with security lug nut key that doesn't fit any of the lug nuts. Zero transparency, I said I wouldn't buy a vehicle here again, I think this time for sure I'm done doing business here all together. Update: I had to go back to this location due to water leaking into the vehicle shortly after I drove away and it rained. Keep in mind I just purchased the vehicle just a few days from this post. I was told that Sales would look into addressing the leak, since I just recently purchased. I was told they would look at it to confirm the problem, or source. We did established that there was in fact a leak. Damp headliner and rear windshield, even a cracked heater core (recently). But sales would look into it. It's been a few weeks with a few days of rain in between and winter coming around the corner. Doesn't look like after your buy they care. Now that its been a few weeks and long outside of their short lot guarantee, its all on me. Recent scan didn't show anything out of the ordinary for vehicle history just about 15 phone numbers stored into the system. So keep this in mind the next time you're looking to get a vehicle and wondering if this place will stand behind their customer or its all just lip service.
