  Appalachian Flooring did a great job with my new hardwood floors. They were very knowledgeable about the type of flooring I needed and very helpful in working with my schedule to get the floors installed. I would definitely recommend them for anyone considering new flooring.

  Wonderful people and accommodating. Lovely store! They can get you what you need even if it's not something they cover. Give them a chance if you're looking for someone in this field.

  The Appalachian Flooring team did a great job, starting with providing insightful suggestions that allowed us to make a better informed flooring decision. Joe proved to be an artisan at installing the flooring with great attention to detail. The office staff, Penney and Penney were always very helpful and considerate. We now have a floor that we love and at a fair price. Highly recommend.

  "Every business should copy Appalachian Flooring & Design". In my more than sixty (60) years of working and managing businesses, I have yet to see ANY business that gives the greatest satisfaction to their customer. EVERYONE I met, Mrs Penny, Logan and Nick (the guy is an artist) , DOUBLE 5 STARS. Thank you for being the BEST.
