  The technician, Riley, was very friendly and professional. A very likable person. He showed understanding and compassion for my situation. He thoroughly explained what he did and the expectation of the longevity of repairs. And did what was needed to get everything working and within the current budget

  Nolan who was a pleasant young man who came to do our fall maintenance on our furnace and heat pump. He answered any questions that we had about our unit and did the normal procedures necessary. We are new to Apollo with a new unit and we have been real pleased with the services that they have provided to us thus far.

  Tyler Sirn and his co-worker Morgan did a fantastic job installing two flush mounted ceiling lights and a replacement ballast for our laundry room fixture. They were very polite and conscientious. I would hire them again should a need arise.

  Good. Technician very friendly. I failed to ask him to leave furnace room door ajar, two cats need access to litter boxes, and unfortunately did not notice till following day.

  Annual HVAC inspection went smoothly. No problems at all, so I’m grateful for Apollo’s service contract because they remind me what needs to be done. Everyone they’ve sent over the years has been excellent, polite, personable, and on time.
