  I went in today to get a tour, and my tour guide Jared was very helpful, kind, and funny, I love the space and am very excited to move in.

  I went to the apex for a tour of the apartments and I was blown away by how at home they make you feel, the person who helped me name was Jared and he was very professional while at the same time keeping a very friendly Connection. He informed me of how friendly the environment is and also told me about close hang outs spots that I am very excited to experience. I will be moving soon.

  Probably one of da worse apartments I lived in… not worth the rent there charging. The valet trash people will see ur trash n still skip it some nights people cars got broken into.. they automatically make u pay a 200$ cleaning fee before u move out even if you clean the unit yourself.. on top of that they charged me to replace they carpets when I was only there for a year and had no kids or animals.. one leasing agent told me they have to replace them every five years so unfortunately I was in there the 5th year so I had to pay … stay away
