    Price was lower than others. Appreciated the extremely detailed explanation of the system we needed and the installation process. We were told the cage over the unit had to be removed for the install and the company would put it back afterwards. After the install, we were told it was pretty much for us to figure out. My hubby spoke with the owner the next day, who in turn immediately sent someone to replace the cage. Good customer service. I became ill at work and ended up in the hospital the day of the install, so I was grateful the process didn't take too long and was done before I was discharged. It is nice and cold downstairs again, just the way my husband likes it:) Would hire Apex again.

    I was never able to use their services. They have an AI phone system that asks you lots of questions and then an AI txt service which asks you more questions but no one ever reached out to me and after over a week I gave up.

    Mr. Reggie and his amazing team are Top Notch! They ordered a part that was under warranty, arranged for the delivery and scheduled the install the same day it arrived! Grateful for their caring and thoughtfulness of their clients! They are the Beat!
