  We just had the best experience with Rocco from Apex! We've had some issues with breakers tripping and called for help. Rocco was at our door within 24 hours and immediately got to work. He replaced breakers, installed new grounded outlets (he even had to leave to get something). He is both kind and professional, he made sure my husband and I understood exactly what was going on and what he was doing to fix it. He answered all my inane questions with a smile, even though I'm sure he gets it a lot, he remained patient while displaying his expertise and efficiency in getting the work done. Even my dog (Biscuit, a pug) was impressed - he LOVED Rocco and whined when he left. Animals know a good person when they see one. 100/10 service call. We will use Apex again. (This was our first time using this company.)

  Terrell Washington was an extremely professional and easy to work with even when his dispatch team failed him. I give him individually 5 stars for his communication and attention to detail during this whole process. I would give the dispatch team 0-1 stars most of their communication was through text and they moved our appointment from morning to afternoon twice and promised that someone would be out two days this week and that ended up being untruthful. So a Monday morning appointment ended up being completed Friday afternoon. The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of the actions and experience I had with Terrell and I don’t think he should be docked for things that were out of his control.

  PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY! I previously left a review about my experience with Apex Pros after they misdiagnosed a job, failed to complete it, and still demanded full payment. Since then, the company has continued to contact me, including making threatening calls claiming they will "send me to collections" and even "put a lien on my home". For clarity- they did not complete the work, and I had to hire another company to finish the job properly. Despite that, Apex Pros is still harassing me for payment on an unfinished and misdiagnosed project. Consumers should be aware of these aggressive and intimidating practices before hiring this company. I've documented all communications, and I am filing a formal complaint with the Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board and my credit card provider to dispute the deposit. Professionalism and accountability matter- and unfortunately, I experienced neither here.

  Great experience! First of all technician kept me updated on the arrival and his response was on time. Guillerma was the best. Immediately put on shoes covers and went straight to my problem. Looked it over, quoted me a price and went on do do a beautiful job. I got the job done that I paid for and I am very happy with Mr Guillermos work and clean-up too! As for price, we'll, sometimes you just can't say no, and this was one of those times. And I surely couldn't do it myself! But I it found it to be reasonable for the necessity of the work I needed, and the efficiency of the tech and his work. Got the work done quickly and that was a big concern of mine because I was expecting small children. Mr G Rubke is a nice man and an asset to the Apex Pro Co team. Remember the name, GUILLERMO R. Thanks G (I really slept better that night 🌙 😴) 10 stars!!
