The apartment itself is really nice—modern, comfortable, and well laid out. It’s a great space to live in. The grounds are somewhat well kept, and there’s potential for the community to look beautiful, but unfortunately, there’s a major issue with dog waste not being picked up. It seems like there’s no one regularly maintaining that, and it really takes away from the overall cleanliness.
The hallways are another issue—they’re often dirty and give off a neglected vibe. The elevator constantly smells bad, which makes using it every day unpleasant.
We also had a pretty serious bug problem when we first moved in. We handled it ourselves, and it’s gotten better inside our unit, but bugs are still lingering in the hallways and around the building.
That said, the employees here are always very friendly and made the move-in process super easy and smooth. They’ve been helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed anything.
It’s a shame, because with better upkeep of the shared spaces and some attention to cleanliness, this place could easily be a 5-star property. That said, the community is still fairly new, so it’s possible they just don’t have the full staff in place yet to stay on top of everything. Hopefully, in the next couple of months, I’ll be able to come back and leave an updated review with more positive changes.
