  I cannot recommend Anytime Septic Solutions. Especially the one in New Caney, TX Before we signed anything, I asked the man that had made the offer, if it covered the grease trap. I was told that yes it did and that everything would be fine. He told me that they would cut the concrete from yard to grease trap and tie into the sink. Then they would pour concrete into the cut and it would be the same as the patio, only maybe a different color, but would be finished smooth. In fact we were told that they would take care of everything and all would be good. That did not happen. Our concrete patio had to be cut to get to the grease trap. They put the pieces of concrete back but then globed wet cement all over & did not smooth it out. It was left to dry and no one told Mrs. Maxwell what was to be done. So the concrete dried and we pitched a fit. One of the men from Anytime came and chiseled some of the concrete off. Some is still left & it looks awful. Don’t know if it can ever be fixed to look right. This job started in April, 2025 and lasted 5 months. Our patio was unusable, and we had to put a pump on the grease trap for 3 months until they got to it. We use our patio when we have any actives, so we missed out on all the family birthdays & other activities. Our Daughter, Lisa, was in charge to oversee everything. She told them her family had a trip planed for the first 3 weeks of August. She was told that everything would be finished by then. That did not happen. I will have to say here, it was not the workers that came. They did what they were told, and they did their job. It was the leadership from higher up and the office. They would have the workers go to other jobs instead of finishing ours. Our next door neighbor said he has never seen a company do as bad as this company has done. He has even offered to help us get the yard back in shape. Everyone that comes to visit says the same thing. That they cannot believe what they are seeing. That a company, with any kind of class, would leave their work looking like that. Anytime Septic Solutions has taken advantage of this elderly couple. Harry & Edna Maxwell are both in their 90’s. They will have to hire others to ever get the yard and patio back in shape. For those reasons, “Financial exploration” Elder financial abuse, of the elderly will be turned into the State of Texas on Anytime Septic Solutions, New Caney, TX 77357. It will take a great deal of money in order to hire other people to fix what this company refuses to stand behind their product.

  The guys came to do an assessment of my septic system with their recommendations. I signed my contract. Everything was done in such a professional manner! I've had them last year for an emergency, EXCELLENT job WELL done!

  Would not recommend. I used them for a new install and wish I had gone with another company. The office lady is nice but I think they are under-staffed. My system was installed too low in the ground and then had to pay an additional $1500 to fix, plus a leak that they claim came that way from manufacture. I will not use this company for any future work. Repair work is shotty despite being overcharged. The owner is a decent guy and I don't think he is aware of the crap work his guys are doing. I felt like I had been taken advantage of by this company. Response to your comment: The propane company hit the electrical wire in which you charged $1200 to repair. When the wire was repaired , Steve, the tech did not bury it properly, he buried it 1 inch below the surface. My son pulled the wire out of the ground when he ran the box blade across the surface that the wire came up due to your tech not repairing it properly. When the tech came back to fix is bad wire install, the tech was rude to me until he saw my son walk out the door because of the techs yelling. The problem was not the dirt, the problem was the lid was installed too low and every time it rained water ran into the lids, the repair to stop that from happening was to place risers, which in itself tells someone the lids were too low. If I had placed more dirt on the ground the lids would have been covered with dirt. You charged me $750 for skid steer use of approximately 30 minutes. Shame on you for trying to manipulate the facts, SHAME. On top of the texts messages you sent me after my review, you come on here and basically lie so you don't look so bad. Very unprofessional, again. As stated before, I will never use your company again. As I stated before, stop contacting me.

  The best company around ❤️ 10/10 recommend. Best equipment Best technicians Best office staff On top of being completely knowledgeable and fair they are Convenient AND they have zelle as a payment option now which is awesome 🤘🏻
