The technician, Savion Hunter, was excellent in every way. He was thorough and thoughtful and, most of all, an excellent communicator. I have no clue about electrical matters or requirements, but Savion explained everything clearly. He didn't make me feel like I was asking stupid questions. Savion is an asset to Anthony!

Anthony's has been my go to for 25 years. Today I had AC maintenance and needed somebody to come out at 4 pm because of my schedule. I called at 2 pm and asked them if they could do that. Agustin showed up right on time and got everything done by 5:30 and that included repairs. I really needed them to come through for me today and they did. Thank you Anthony's!!

No wonder it has got this many 5 stars. My experience has been a 5-star one as well. Theo did great: his professionalism, expertise, and customer service were second to none. He explained to me what he was doing and I learned quite a bit as a result.

$20 a month whether we use their service or not and twice when we did need them the "same day service" that was promised was not delivered. The couple times they did come out the plumber did a great job, and a/c check-up went well, however my AC gave out couple months later after everything was "just fine". We cancelled because of this. We had to go buy an AC unit because we couldn't be left in the sweltering heat waiting on them to come maybe tomorrow 😒😒

Can't say I was given the best first impression, especially after a family member had referred them after having their entire HVAC system replaced by Anthony. My furnace and AC haven't been running as well as they used to, and there's only so much I can do on my own. With the recommendation in mind, I booked an appointment with Anthony online through their website. All I need is to have someone help diagnose and troubleshoot my system. If it's a small fix hopefully they could do something soon, and if not I want to know what direction I should go in or what my options for replacements are. I fully understand that it's August, this is probably the most busy time of year for a service call, but the only option for an appointment is "first available" for the next 2 months isn't a good sign. Regardless, I booked it a week in advance for today (August 1st), which is also one of my days off so I could be home all day for the appointment. This morning at 9:45 AM I received a text message that a technician was ready and I just needed to respond to confirm that I was home. An hour goes by, I haven't seen a technician, but then I get a phone call from a sales rep that wants me to subscribe to their monthly service plan. Trying to sell me something before someone even comes out to my house for what I made the appointment for is not a good look. I declined for the time being and said that I was still at home waiting for the tech to show. Around 12:30 I still hadn't seen anyone, so I called the service line and asked if I was still booked. The rep confirmed that I was, and that the tech that was supposed to come out wasn't currently at an appointment. "He should be there soon, you'll receive a 30 minute call ahead when he's on the way." Ok, no problem, Im still home and I will wait. At 2pm I received another automated text message that I'm still on schedule. Anthony still works their appointments into the evening, so just sit tight and wait some more. Still haven't seen or heard from anyone. By now I'm a little frustrated. 2:45pm I went ahead and called back to cancel the appointment. It had been 5 hours since I received the text that a tech was on standby, ready to head my way, and no one has come by. Needless to say I'm very disappointed with this experience. Having worked as a mobile service technician in the past, I'm understanding and sympathetic to what goes on behind the scenes. If the only option a new customer has is to wait an entire day for a 30 minute call ahead, then that tells me that these technicians are probably being overbooked and are supposed to squeeze in these extra appointments when or if they find a gap in their day. For all I know, the technician that was supposed to come out could be having a bad day or ran in to something that took more time than what he was scheduled for. Having a sales rep pitch a subscription plan before a tech even arrives makes me wonder if subscriber appointments take priority over anything else. I know for sure but either way, it's not a good look. If the best you can give is a thirty minute call ahead, then don't schedule anything else for that day. I would rather wait weeks in advance if I knew exactly what time of day my appointment was.
