There was no pressure to move the sale along and every question was answered before we made a final commitment. The estimate of when the materials would be available and the subsequent dates for each phase of the work were met as planned. We were in the loop for all the schedule decisions. The quality of the work and the final cleanup was exemplary. All our concerns were addressed before the final sign off. Many roofing companies don't work with porcelain tile and the few who do gave me outrageous estimates, some without even getting up on the roof to look at the damage. The tech from Leonard Roofing came out the day after I contacted them, sent up a drone, photographed the damage and sent me a detailed and very fair estimate. Once I signed the contract, work was scheduled and completed on time, on budget. Look no further - reasonably priced, dependable and professional. They're now on my "approved vendor/contractor" list.
