I want to be very clear about the level of service you can expect from Annapolis Metal Fabrication & Repair.
Our story began in March 2025 when Ari, the owner, provided a quote to replace some old, very damaged stairs at our business. The quote was approved, and an initial check was given to Ari in April to begin work. We were told, without a doubt, that this project would be completed by August 4, 2025.
August came and went with no further communication. Months later, we received an email from Ari requesting more money. The stairs had not even arrived, despite being past the installation date. No photos were sent despite numerous requests, just excuse after excuse. I informed Ari that we would not pay him one dollar until the project was completed. He then promised that we would have our stairs by no later than September 5, 2025.
As you might expect, Ari did not show up to work, again giving excuse after excuse. September passed with no completion. After many upset emails and daily calls to get this project done, it was finally completed almost three months past the original completion date.
Do yourself a favor and find another metal fabrication company. This place is run down. The owner does not care about meeting your timeframe. He operates on his own schedule, makes promises he doesn’t keep, and sets appointments he doesn’t show up for. The only time Ari showed up when he said he would was to pick up the final check, which he cashed the same day.
