Stayed several days in June. The polite, observant and efficient staff here could give seminars on hospitality techniques; everyone is guest driven to making sure every need is tended. In addition the breakfast is great and the grounds are well kept. Many guests staying were family units so ice cream bar is a nice treat. Whoever had the idea of cement animals at the sides of each unit is a genius; I relied on rabbit & rooster to get back to my suite. If in Lincoln and want apartment like stay with your own washer and dryer in your unit, Annabell Gardens is the place.

I loved my stay here so much, I wish I lived here! The staff provided stellar hospitality and amazing customer service that went above and beyond any expectation or protocol. The rooms are Immaculate the property is absolutely stunning and very well-maintained, and I was pleasantly surprised when walking to my room there were so many unexpected touches that added to my anticipation, creating a solid first impression increased my level of satisfaction, and heightened my overall experience. I can't wait to go back!!! Thank you so much @Annabell Gardens management and staff... you have genuinely #impressed me! 😉❤️💯 Humbly, Angellynne 😇

I booked a two night stay at Annabell and have a lot of positives I'd like to highlight and one negative. I loved the environment, as it felt like a retreat away. I was visiting Nebraska and going for a concert. This hotel was very home like to me. I chose a king bed that came with a kitchen, a living room area, the room, a washer/dryer, bathroom that included a separate vanity/sink area along with a tub/shower. If anything it was more than enough space than I needed but such a great deal! The prices were amazing when comparing to other hotels and the amenities offered along with the free parking and great reviews sold it for me. The breakfast was amazing and filling. I ended up having the sausage and gravy biscuits, a muffin, potatoes and sausage or bacon with a orange juice and loved it! It was very filling. Not to mention the people of Nebraska were very welcoming and kind. Each person I crossed passed with would say good morning/afternoon. It just felt very welcoming. Also walking around to see the animal statues was very grounding for me. The only con I had about the hotel was that the water did not stay hot when I went to shower. I knew how to operate it and it was hot for a good five minutes. After that it was lukewarm or cold. For someone who may be wanting hot water the whole time or to have a hot bath, it didn't stay hot long for me. I ended up taking a lukewarm/cold shower after the heat went away. Just something worth mentioning, everything else was spectacular and I would recommend to book your stay when comparing to others. It offers everything and more.

I want to be generous I do. They were accommodating and very helpful when needed. Come the last day of our trip we’re headed out and some people slip up yes. But we had left some jewelry in the room and I had gone back to inquire about it. Left it right where I left it and it had not been touched all night and all day. But when asked about it they told me they didn’t see anything or anything of the sort. But after waiting and waiting I finally went in and got a little pressed. Started asking a little louder so the workers sitting eating could hear. And only did that get some attention and the workers sitting eating had started conversing in their language (no issue here) only to find out one of the housekeepers had POCKETED the rings. Not give them to the desk. Not the manager. Pocketed. I did get them recovered but I feel as tho it was only because I came in. They had told me not 5 minutes prior that the staff is respectful and honest. Needless to say I was not happy leaving the gardens today. But I was happy during my stay. Given the 3 star not 1. Hopefully instead of claiming that the staff is honest. In the future we can work towards ensuring that same thing is really happening.
