  They are great vets, they are some of the classiest professional! Last week, I posted an unfavorable review. Dr. Rachel's response was both professional and compassionate. After some further discussion via email, we concluded that some changes in my means of communication had not been updated system wide, and their calls were not reaching the correct telephone number. Once she had all my appropriate information, she had the medication issue for my cat resolved within minutes! More importantly, she took the time to address my concerns about my dog's upcoming surgery. She understood my reservations about anesthesia on an elderly dog. She offered to take time out of her busy schedule to examine the issue herself so we can make a totally informed decision with no pressure. I'm taking her up on her offer next week. I am blown away by the extent of how much these vets and their staff understand the human beings who trust them with their precious fur-babies. Thank you, Dr. Rachel.

  I have newly come to this office and so far, I’m really impressed with the people. They’re helpful and friendly. I’ve had some snags with prescriptions through an online pharmacy and they have been extremely responsive and prompt in helping me work through things!
