Dr Hendrix is great. Dr. Farris is HORRIBLE. I've changed to another office purely on the off chance I would have to see Farris. He is Arrogantand dismissive. Shouldn't be a vet.

I don’t remember the vets name but he is horrible! I took my dog here because he was sick I didn’t want him to have to ride to ozark feeling so sick. Worst decision ever. The man never even touched my dog. I told him the symptoms and he said he could do blood work for 250 which I didn’t have I was on a tight budget. He said well I’m shooting im the dark here with out blood work I can’t do anything for you. I asked him to please send a medication home to help get us by until I got paid. My dog was lethargic not eating weak. So he sent me home with a bacterial medication. Not once did he mention anything about sing any other test like check for worms or anything different from blood work. He has no ideas at all what could be wrong with my dog. I take my dog to my usual vet and they immediately did a stool sample and he has join worms. Not only is this place really expensive the VET striaggt up sucks. I was sitting in my regular vet office today and another lady said how bad this place is. I won’t ever go back or recommend this place.
Update my dog passed away from kidney failure something that could have been caught 3 weeks ago sooner at this vet if Mathew Farris actually did something.

My dog was hit by a car and I brought her in to be seen and she was scared and in pain, limping, and not eating. The Vet tech approached my dog from the back not the front and my dog snapped at her. My dog did not bite her she just snapped at her, the tech left the room and I could hear her telling Dr. Farris that my dog bit her unprovoked I heard the Dr ( and I use that term loosely) ask her what kind of dog it was she replied “ a terrier” he said he would take care of it. He entered the room told me to walk Bella, he watched her walk said “nothing is broken I’m gonna give her some anti-inflammatorys she will be fine” the man never touched my dog did no exam of any kind. That was on a Saturday. On Tuesday I was able to get my dog in to my regular vet, they kept her all day and did a full exam; well it turns out, Bella had a contused chest and partially collapsed lung. They showed me the X-rays and it was very obvious. I called Enterprise Animal Health Center back and told them I would like to speak with Dr Farris about my dissatisfaction, he called me that same afternoon. I explained I was upset because he never touched my dog and she had a partially collapsed lung. He began to tell me it was a busy Saturday and he didn’t want his tech bitten. I said that his tech was not bitten and that is no excuse for not examining my dog. He said he would like to see the X-rays I said I could arrange that. Regardless, there was no excuse for not examining my dog, he then tried to turn it around on me as to why I waited until Saturday to get my dog seen I explained I was out of town and was not informed of the incident until Friday and I immediately started calling Vets to get Bella checked and I was told Saturday was the soonest I could be seen, after Saturday’s visit the soonest I could get my dog into my Vet was today. Westgate Vet kept Bella all day and discovered the collapsed lung they were extremely professional and no techs were injured during the exam. Dr Farris knew he was wrong for not examining my dog and he was trying to divert blame. Very unprofessional and if I could give him negative stars I would.
