  Animal Friends’ Pampered Paws came through in a clutch for me and my elderly Dobbie pup when PetS….t decided not to allow him to stay due to his arthritis and wobbly walk. Pampered Paws allowed me to tour the facilities and placed my pup in a larger kennel to help with his anxiety. Pampered Paws understood not all dogs are young and spry and elderly pups need an occasional place to stay where handlers are willing to assist the pup when he has trouble standing due to arthritis and hind leg weakness.   I have boarded my Irish Setter with Pampered Paws many times and she always comes back a happy girl! I love the amount of exercise she gets as standard. The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. Thanks for a safe place to leave my pup!

We were traveling cross-country with our travel trailer when we discovered this hidden gem, and it instantly stole our hearts. We had the chance to speak with the incredible owners, and they graciously allowed us—for the first time ever—to dry camp on their beautiful property. That simple act of kindness gave us the chance to truly immerse ourselves in the farm, soak in the peaceful surroundings, and even leave our camper to explore nearby sights—including unforgettable time spent in Washington, D.C. Our dog was truly treated like family—running across rolling hills, splashing in the pool, enjoying daily walks, and being showered with attention from a staff that clearly loves what they do. The care, patience, and genuine joy they pour into every animal is unlike anything we’ve ever seen. But what touched us most was that this place embraced our entire family. Even our two-legged kids had an amazing time—gathering eggs from the chickens, helping with the dogs, and getting a rare, hands-on glimpse of loving farm life. It wasn’t just a stay—it was a heartwarming experience that brought our family even closer together. We laughed, played, connected with the animals, and felt completely at peace. It’s hard to put into words just how special it was. We made lifelong memories, felt like part of something beautiful, and checked off a bucket list experience we didn’t even know we needed. Animal Friends Pamper Paws is built on love—plain and simple.
