To be fair im relieved they did xray and tried to get my babys fever down when I couldnt get her into her actual vet but next time I'm going to hold out to try and get er visit in am at her own vets office. After her fever returning higher her vet for half the cost gave her correct antibiotic shot and was able to have my baby feeling better with 24hrs. I feel I wasted the money on medicine that didnt help her, but animal er was helpful in performing xray to see if there was a reason for her tummy pain. Staff wasn't as friendly as they could be some of the staff acted like it was a bother to be at work. Also shouldn't call your location a animal er when they hardly have vet on staff to even care for pets and want to send you almost to Lehigh on Daniel's to blue pearl who treats pets like the hospital er triage and possible 4 to 5hr wait.

I have had to take 2 different cats there for emergencies and the experience was wonderful. Diagnosis was quick and accurate. Everyone at the clinic was kind and caring. I would trust them completely with any pet emergency.

Our handicapped neighbor came to us at 1 am with his dog Wobbles breathing poorly and heavy. Wobbles had already been diagnosed with a heart condition and was on medication but my neighbor ran out of it. We rushed Wobbles there and the staff jumped into action. They immediately noticed the dog was coughing up bloody fluid. They refilled all medications and added another, gave Wobbles oxygen therapy for an hour which costs $89 an hour. As my neighbor is handicapped and has fixed income they only billed for half hour. Wobbles died on the way home in her owners arms, we rushed back but it was too late. The entire staff was compassionate, kind , and helped neighbor deal with loss. Laid Wobbles out beautifully to say goodbye, gave hair locks and made paw print in clay, arranged cremation and all! What more could ask for? Clearly they care alot to be the only place open in the middle of the night. Hats off to this animal E.R. and their great staff!!!
