I debated whether or not to even leave a review. Because I was very torn with the way I was treated.
So on one hand, the lead veterinarian that I had today and I believe it was a veterinarian assistant. They were lovely. They were angels they were so kind to me and my dog in a very difficult time.
That being said, no pet parent should be badgered to pay the bill literally while their dog is laying next to them dying and it certainly shouldn't go on so long that you are denying my dog the medical care she needs.
Because apparently all you care about is money.
I understand this is a business. I understand medication, and Medical equipment costs money, but this was handled very poorly.
It was monstrous, it could have been discussed after my dog had passed away, not literally in the middle of it while I'm sobbing on the floor.
Overall, I don't feel like you deserve a higher star rating than this.
Because while you're veterinarian and veterinarian technicians are lovely.
The receptionist that are in charge of payments, while they did it in a nice way, they were still badgering me about payment for 30 minutes while I was crying, that should have never happened.
And no, this isn't a complaint to get out of my payment.
I still plan on paying my bill in full.
But I do not think this was handled correctly, especially in this type of situation.
To the veterinarian and veterinarian assistant that were lovely with Mandy today, thank you very much.
To the receptionist that I guess were trained to badger pet parents about money, can you please learn some kindness?

Update: Monday, August 11th.
They are currently keeping my sweet angel dog literally on ice in their facility until I pay the bill in full.
They are literally holding her body hostage until they get the rest of the money.
I've never heard of an establishment being so money hungry in my entire life.
UPDATE AUGUST 18TH:
THEY ARE REFUSING TO ANSWER MY EMAILS AND MANDY IS STILL THERE ON ICE.
