  Brought my kitty in for the first time (7months) first visit went great. Made my second appointment, under the impression that I was making it for shots, neutering, and microchipped. Well turns out they only made it for second round shots… This is now the Day after my kitty’s appointment for being neutered. I had signed off for the neutering and microchipping to be done, the microchipping was not done. I called because I was curious on why I signed for it to happened and it didn’t. (I didn’t get charged for it but asked) I called today and asked for an explanation. All they could tell me is “Well the doctor had to take off for vacation early in the day, so it slipped his mind.” Mind you I had this appointment made by the front desk for 3 weeks now, and so they forget to microchip my kitty because Doc had to leave for vacation 🤬🤬🤬🤬
