However, when I do have a concerning matter, there is no way to contact/connect with a representative at the Agency I use (Anh Nguyen in Old Town Alexandria, VA) during normal business hours - no receptionist is available. After I leave a voice message, it can take more than 24 hours and a repeat message before I get a call back. This has happened twice in the last 12 months. Thank you.
