Cailin is extremely professional, very thorough, extremely sweet and has always been able to help me, serve me, and take care of my insurance needs. When I have concerns with my insurance policy for my cars - she has always been able to lower my costs by working with me. I called in September because we have an extra policy on our home. The price had risen too much and I didn't want to pay it. Cailin took the time to investigate other options along with lowering my original policy by $40. I was so relieved that I agreed to continue the policy. I give her five stars since I started working with her several years ago. She is my go-to person with all my insurance needs and I highly recommend her and Angie Lewis State Farm here in Ocala. Every time I'm on the phone with them they seem to be able to lower my costs so I am extremely pleased. We plan to continue working Cailin and State Farm. Thank you Cailin!!
