  Dilber was so kind, and understanding. I dont drive and my fiancee was in franklin county jail, i had no way to get to him, and Dilber was a true angel, at 11pm he met me at my home to fill out the paperwork so that I could get my love out and home. He was patient and explained the whole process to me, as I've never done this before. He didn't judge or make me feel bad about the situation at all. I went from a scared, crying mess to feeling like someone had my back and was truly there to help me. I hope I never need his services again, but if my fiancé pulls some stupid stunt again, I will definitely call Dilber again. He really is an angel.

  Dilber and his wife are such kind, attentive, supportive people! I have never had to do this before, but it has been a very easy and informative experience.
