Quoted us a price and an estimated time of completion. They strayed far from the price and the job wasn’t completed when they said it would be. The part they ordered was wrong, and the part they needed was more than double the cost. But it happens. Wrong part, more money, more time. Then when we picked up the car, the AC wasn’t working. It was blowing ice cold when we brought it in. But evidently they didn’t feel that made them liable to fix it even though it happened under their roof. Again, I don’t think they’re bad people at all, but they handled this transaction very poorly, and I won’t be returning if I can help it.

They did a thorough job testing components and were able to find the problem was my Valve block. Steven was helpful, friendly, curtious and knowledgeable. Scheduled follow up appointment to replace failing part and I am very satisfied with the work that was performed, the way I was treated, and the fair price for the work done.
