  Another person here who had a reasonable quote, agreed to it and then never heard from them. When I tried to find out when they might do the work, it was the deflection "I'll have to check with Chad" and no return call. This was more than once. If I left a message, there was no return call.

  We went to them for work we wanted done on our new house. Chad came and we discussed our thoughts and ideas. He stated he would get.back to us within a week to show us his plan. Two weeks later I stopped in to see how they were doing. They had no record of our conversation. I asked them to get in contact with us so we could have a plan this year. She said I will have chad call you. Two weeks later still no contact. Disappointing to say the least. I guess we will find someone interested in the customer. Obviously they won't get my "Best in Marshalltown" rating.
