  I visited this veterinary clinic three times and consistently noticed a strong urine odor. I boarded my dog for six days, paying for extra playtime and providing an airtight container with food, treats, and chews, none of which were used. For my puppy’s 12-week vaccinations, my 8:00 AM appointment was delayed until 8:20 AM, yet the clinic charges a fee for patient tardiness. Additionally, they wanted to charge a mandatory $45 to use a stethescope on a puppy and give him a once over. While conveniently located, the service and facility conditions do not meet expectations, and better options are available nearby.
