I made an appointment to have my refrigerator looked at and repaired because it was constantly running. I made the appointment well in advance with no issues until the appointment date and time when I received a call from tech services saying the technician was unable to make it because of medical issues. There only option was to reschedule it for 3 working days past my scheduled service date. I guess they only a one technician that was smart enough to fix my issues. This was there only solution to helping me. Needless to say I will no longer be using their services and I will tell all family and friends to avoid them.
STOP SCROLLING....this is the company you want to work with!! So kind, knowledgeable, and thorough on all levels. Adam with Andy's appliance made an extremely stressful time so much easier to deal with. He went above and beyond what I was expecting to try and help me find the issue. Hopefully, my appliances continue behaving so I don't have to call any time soon, but if I do, it will definitely be Andy's!

Pretty poor experience. I feel like I've been strung out for almost 3 months and still don't have a working refrigerator.
My first visit was in June. The tech sounded confident that he solvedy issue, and the fridge seemed to work ok for a week or so, but then stopped regulating temperature again.
I had the tech return for a follow up. Told me I needed new seals with would take about a week to arrive. Sike - they took a month to arrive. So I finally get my new seals installed, fridge works ok for a few days, and now we still have the same original problem. I'll have the door closed all day and the temperature will rise up to 50 degrees.
I wouldn't leave a poor review if they could just give me my money back... But no. I spent $250 and they only want to refund me $70. And that was after waiting another week for a manager to give me a call back (they never did, I had to call them twice in the same week to speak to a manager). The manager I spoke to is named Wayne... My technician seemed like a nice enough guy, but Wayne doesn't seem to care how unsatisfied I am. Wayne still wants to charge me for the initial visit even though they misdiagnosed my issue and then strung me along for almost 3 months.
Why would I be interested in giving you more chances and waiting god knows how much longer for a solution? Just give me my money back so I can buy a working refrigerator!
EDIT - cool reply about charging me a diagnostic fee. The problem was misdiagnosed twice!
I've been using Andy's for years and would never call anyone else. I know I can trust them. Their technicians are knowledgeable, very professional and friendly. They always fully explain everything and give you your options. Plus you can always count on thim arriving on time. They are my "go to" for all appliance repairs!
