  Working with Bryan on my insurances was amazing. I originally went to the website, got a quote I didn't like, and thought it would end there. Bryan called me and helped get the quote more to my liking. He was also so patient with me. He would ask me questions I was not able to answer due to not being able to read the legalese in my HOA's convenants, restrictions, and bylaws. Bryan read the pertinent parts in order to get the needed information, which was extremely helpful! At one point, I informed him that I would not be changing my auto insurance due to loving the company I was with. Bryan did not lead me into a long sales pitch to try to get me to switch over, rather he informed me of the price I could have, and then sent over two quotes for me via email - one with the auto insurance, (which gave me a discount on my home insurance) and one without. No long drawn out conversation where I tried to get off the phone, just numbers on paper for me to see and make the decision myself. I highly recommend them for not only their insurance options, but also their customer service and the speed at which they handle your business. So far I've been impressed and felt cared for and respected. Truly amazing service all around!

He offered suggestions and information to help me make the best decisions for my individual situation. I’d highly recommend contacting this office and Bryan specifically, if you’re considering shopping around to compare coverage.

  Bryan Johnson just saved me a ton of money by bringing my homeowners policy over State Farm. He reviewed my existing policy throughly to make sure I wasn’t losing any coverage by switching and offered me a policy with better coverage for less money. In addition to saving on the homeowners, I’m picking up considerably more savings by combining with auto. I’m very careful with my decisions and confident I’ve made a good move.

  Melanie was very patient. My closing data kept changing and she stayed in communication with me via text, phone calls and emails. I also changed my car insurance over to State farm and she called my previous insurance company to cancel my policy with them. Awesome customer service.
