We've been clients of AVL since the late 70's. Angie has always been great, always done her best to save us money. But the past few years Mercury's premiums have continued to rise so we decided to shop around. Bought our home and auto policies from someone else. For an assortment of reasons it was a horrible move and we were back with Mercury and AVL within a couple of months.. Throughout this process, Angie was amazing. In the midst of losing us as customers she was the same Angie, attentive and helpful on multiple occasions while our new agent was precisely the opposite. Angie's dedication is remarkable and rare.
