  I love Andrews Jewelry Store! I got my engagement and my marriage band there and could not be happier with their gorgeous work. Not only do they have priceless items, the team is kind, communicative, and wonderful to be around. Thank you Andrews!

  Absolutely amazing!!! I went in to sell a few pieces of jewlery that I no longer wear, and the customer service was phenomenal. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and super friendly. Highly recommend!!

  This business cheats people out of their property. I went in for an appraisal of a 2.5 carat diamond ring. Which is worth at least 31,000 dollars. He offered me 7,000 dollars. He said he is a GIA certified jeweler he is not. On his door and in his business it has BBB on it. This business in a scam don't do business there. Don't sell or Buy.

  The customer service was so impersonal that I forgot whether I was buying a wedding band or a $1 cheeseburger. My fiancé and I weren’t properly greeted. When we told her our reason for coming in was to look at wedding bands there was no “Congratulations!” or “When’s the date.” She couldn’t give us direct info on how to set up insurance for the rings nor did she seem like she wanted to be there at all. I don’t even know her name because she didn’t introduce herself. My suggestion to this establishment would be to hire people that show an interest in people's lives when they are purchasing something as special as their wedding bands. So disappointed and let down!
