  Not only did they get my tax return wrong, they also botched the amendment to fix the tax return. Moreover, I found about these both times only after having called the IRS myself, because the copies I received were correct, even though the e-filed forms were wrong. Don't even think about asking these people for tax services unless you enjoy wrestling with the IRS on a $18,000 bill.
