  Had a wonderful experience with Brittney at State Farm. She was very thorough and patient with all of my questions. You don’t find service like this from insurance agents anywhere. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for insurance.

  We switched to State Farm in July, only to recieve a letter that our policy would cancel in September due to a DMV error with a prior vehicle leinholder. I emailed and explained the error and they had me send paperwork in to prove the error, which I did. I was the only one staying in contact about it. I open the app one day to check for any information, and my policy was just gone, disappeared from the app. No letter, email, call, nothing. The professionalism and communication was extremely lacking. I know they didnt choose to cancel us, the underwriting did, but they were our only point of contact to get it fixed, and allowed our policy to drop without being notified.
