Cody is awesome!!!! I am a terrible communicator and usually ignore 90% of well…everything. I filled a form out online with not much hope of finding better insurance but the next thing I knew, Cody was texting me with a fabulous deal and when I ignored him and didn’t respond, he called me so I was actually able to get a switch done.
I’ve left Progressive for good and I am very happy with State Farm. Cody is a treasure and you guys need to give him a raise.
He is friendly and very personable while remaining ing professional. I feel like I have an “insurance guy” now.
Persistence is a virtue, especially when dealing with someone like me.
I even have life insurance now 😊
