  Everything was done wrong from the beginning of dealing with Andrade law offices. It took 4 years from the accident I had to get a resolution in court and I ended up getting screwed in the end anyway. Terrible terrible experience

  Steven Andrade is THEE Top Defense Criminal Attorney in my book and you should absolutely look no further!! I had a criminal case with Mr. Andrade in which I was overcharged by the District Attorneys office. The charge could have resulted in having to serve jail time, but because of Mr. Andrade's professionalism and masterfulness in the court room, experience and strategic execution, my charge was reduced and I served no jail time. From the moment I met with Mr. Andrade immediately following my arrest, I knew I had chosen THEE best attorney! I had never felt so confident in my life that he would ensure that justice and the truth would prevail. I was amazed by his experience, intelligence and confidence in the court room, he exudes professionalism and is on top of his game at all times for sure!! There were no other attorney’s or DA’s in the court room that could even touch his charisma and experience. Not only is he currently a personal injury litigation and criminal defense attorney, he was a prosecutor for more than 10 years. In addition, he was a Deputy District Attorney for 5 years and an Assistant Attorney General until 1988. So needless to say, he has represented clients on both sides over the years and there is no one else on the planet you would want representing you, than someone who knows how to successfully navigate both sides of the fence. The DA was not giving in, and if it wasn’t for Mr. Andrade representing me, I surely would not have had the confidence that I did. They were not going to reduce the charges, so Mr. Andrade said to the judge, than this is going to trial. The DA knew that he didn’t have a chance against Mr. Andrade, so after persistent, influential conversations between the DA and Mr. Andrade, my case was reduced and there was no jail time. His office was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process and always kept me abreast of what was going on and what the next steps would be and what I could expect. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected, especially from an attorney’s office as I know how busy they are. Mr. Andrade was always available personally as well if I needed to speak with him and would return my calls the same day no matter what. In addition, I am in the process of getting my real estate license and the BRE is very strict if there are any negative criminal marks on your record whatsoever. I hired an attorney up in San Francisco where I live now, to help me with the legal aspect of all of this. I asked Mr. Andrade if he would mind writing a letter describing my incident from his perspective as my legal counsel. Without hesitation, he said yes and took time out of his extremely busy schedule to write me a very professional letter that will have a huge positive impact on me getting my license. I don’t know any attorney who would do that for someone 3 years after their case is closed and not ask for payment either. Truly an amazing, giving, intelligent and compassionate man. I just cannot say enough positive and amazing things about Mr. Andrade, his wife Kathleen and their entire team. He is very personable, always there for his clients and will go above and beyond for you from day 1 until the end! Thanks again for everything your team did for me!!!
