  Cheyne was absolutely amazing. The entire install was easy and he was very attentive and thoughtful. He worked with us and answered all of our questions and concerns that were raised. Highly recommended! I can’t say enough about Anderson water.

  I was looking for an estimate for water softener installation. Conversation was cordial and professional with a tilt toward quality value proposition. I was not planning to make a purchase at the present time and did not.

  Asked for advice re. Bypassing softened water output from the outside garden watering demands of the Summer. Ed showed me the bypass valve on the softener which I had forgotten about and then tested and serviced my RO water filters. Excellent service BUT at a cost of $160 per hour!!! Plus $80 for two filter cartridges.

  Update: They contacted me about the water softener almost as soon as i posted my original 4 star review and someone came by with the promised water softener bags a week later. Much appreciated. Great service! 4 stars because i was promised 5 bags of iron out salt by the salesman which the installer said he never heard anything about. Additionally, the water still has an orange hie to it after the install but that could be because we dont have the iron out salt yet. Install went well, the technician Ed was nice and walked me through the equipment. The reverse osmosis water filter is doing a great job. Overall i recommend their services despite the above gripes. I feel safe bathing in and drinking my water now!
